Know what happens before you subscribe, change plans, or cancel.

SellwoodFPV LLC operates Explorer. Paid subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. Billing questions may be sent to sellwoodfpv@gmail.com or mailed to SellwoodFPV LLC, 29991 Canyon Hills Rd, Ste 1709-7002, Lake Elsinore, CA 92532, United States.
Trials
When a trial is offered, Explorer shows its duration and expiration. A free Explorer trial does not automatically become paid unless checkout clearly discloses the recurring price and you affirmatively select and authorize a paid plan. Any different promotional offer will state its conversion and cancellation terms before acceptance.
Automatic monthly renewal
A paid subscription renews every month until canceled. Before checkout, Explorer shows the recurring amount, billing frequency, plan, and cancellation method. Stripe charges the saved payment method on each renewal date, plus any applicable taxes. A retainable confirmation is provided after purchase.
Plan changes
Explorer currently applies upgrades and downgrades without a mid-cycle charge or credit. Community capacity changes when the plan update is confirmed, while the new monthly price begins at the next renewal. Explorer will disclose any different treatment before you approve a future plan change.
Cancel online anytime
Select Manage billing in Explorer and use Stripe's online cancellation control. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally leaves paid access available through the displayed end of the current billing period. You may reactivate before that scheduled end. Explorer will not require a telephone call to cancel an online subscription.
Refunds and billing errors
Payments are generally non-refundable, and unused time or partial months do not automatically receive a credit. This does not limit refund or cancellation rights required by law. If you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or incorrect, report it promptly through Send feedback, email sellwoodfpv@gmail.com, or mail SellwoodFPV LLC, 29991 Canyon Hills Rd, Ste 1709-7002, Lake Elsinore, CA 92532, United States.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, Stripe may retry and request an updated payment method. Explorer may provide a short recovery period before paid Community capacity is limited. Private data will not be automatically published or deleted because of a failed payment. Explorer will display the applicable access status and any deadline.
Price and policy changes
Explorer will provide legally required advance notice before a recurring fee increase or other material renewal change takes effect. The notice will identify the new price or term, effective date, and online cancellation method. Continued use does not waive any consent that California law requires Explorer to obtain separately.
